Description
Fruehauf - U.S. corporation, manufactures cargo trailers, trailers and tanks.The founder of the company A. C. Fruehauf built his first trailer for the Ford car in 1914, the success of the first trailer has led to the order of a few others, and in 1918 the business expanded enough to create the company Fruehauf. In subsequent decades, Fruehauf introduced several new concepts of design and size of trailers. In 1989 the company was destroyed, all units, except for Fruehauf Trailer Corporation, produces cargo trailers have been sold.
