Our car cooperative didn't have money for a new dump truck. We bought a EuroTrakker from 1999. Before using it, we conducted diagnostics and didn't find any problems. But after 16 shifts, the machine started smoking heavily. We had to undergo a major repair of the fuel system.

Been on the EuroCargo ML80E19 for about a year now, mostly urban runs. The cab setup is easy to deal with, that one step up helps when you’re hopping in/out all day. Mirrors work, visibility is solid thanks to all those different views. Gearbox-wise, we got the automated Astronic. Took me a bit to find the sweet spot with the shifts, but it’s mostly easy once you get used to it, not jerky like some others I remember. Power delivery is decent, doesn’t feel underpowered when loaded. Not wild about the digital stuff-lane departure works, but beeps can be a bit much. Still, payload is good and I like the quick adjust on the driver’s seat. Not the flashiest interior, but it gets the job done, plenty of little storage areas which helps you keep things in reach. Haven’t needed much work on it yet, so fingers crossed the reliability stays up.

Drove an IVECO EuroCargo numerous times for work. The driving experience is generally smooth, although there can be some cabin vibrations. Maneuverability is excellent for urban deliveries. Maintenance might take longer in remote areas due to parts unavailability, so plan accordingly.

I've spent some time driving the IVECO EuroCargo, and I have mixed feelings about it. The SCR system works well to meet emission standards, and the vehicle appears efficient for its class. However, I found the six-speed manual gearbox somewhat lacking on hilly terrains; a nine-speed transmission would have been more apt. Handling and cabin comfort are satisfactory, though noise insulation could use improvement.
